He has also just been named as the Director of Speech writing for the new administration. Pretty amazing considering he is 28 years old. Apparently Obama gives him an overview of the message he wants to convey and Favreau pulls together a small team of researchers and speechwriters to make it happen. Pretty amazing stuff.
